If this is possible, then we could totally do that automated email/text for certain responses on the screening tools. But Zapier would need to be able to see the responses. Not sure what patient confidentiality rules would be around this? We always state HIPAA, but since most clinics don't take Health Insurance, the HIPAA rules don't exactly apply. Still managing patient confidentiality would be important.
