Would like the ability for a permissions setting where staff accounts can only see specific patients

Would like to record NAD treatments, this would look the same as a ketamine treatment but without the patient weight question.

Add ability to send global text msg to all pt.s
A time saving secure way to send a text with the same content to ALL subscribed patients. This could be very helpful in cases like now when we need to alert patients about new health screenings and wearing a mask, or change in clinic hours.

Survey for OCD patients
There is a high co-morbidity with OCD and other disorders and depression and anxiety disorders (which we have survey instruments for already).

Clinic would like to automatically send the PCL-5
While patients can be automatically get the NSESSS to monitor PTSD, clinics would like the option to regularly send the PCL-5 to monitor PTSD as well.

Allow notes
Would be nice to allow occasional annotations so the patient could memorialize events other than ketamine administration. E.g., illness, funerals, etc.

Please add the WHO-5 Well-Being scale as a way to measure patient's subjective quality of life based on positive mood (good spirits, relaxation), vitality (being active and waking up fresh and rested), and general interest (being interested in things)
