There is a high co-morbidity with OCD and other disorders and depression and anxiety disorders (which we have survey instruments for already).

Would we be able to create a satisfaction survey to send to patients? "From 0-10 how satisfied are you with your treatment?" kind of thing.

Please add the WHO-5 Well-Being scale as a way to measure patient's subjective quality of life based on positive mood (good spirits, relaxation), vitality (being active and waking up fresh and rested), and general interest (being interested in things)

Allow it to be used instead of GAD-7 for Anxiety

Providers can indicate when patients start and complete a TMS treatment and it will be visually indicated on the patient’s graphs

Add the ability to records the CADDS so clinics can see the relationship between dosing, dissociation, and treatment efficacy.
