Would be nice to allow occasional annotations so the patient could memorialize events other than ketamine administration. E.g., illness, funerals, etc.

The review of systems (or symptoms) is a list of questions, arranged by organ system, designed to uncover dysfunction and disease. A ROS would allow clinics to code and bill for the infusion more easily.
